|Title||Julie de Belleroche at the Burlington Hotel, Dover|
Printed on old laid paper. Ref: not in the artist's logbook. Edition unknown, but certainly small, maybe unique. Signed and annotated "Burlington Hotel Dover May 1910" in pencil. This composition was drawn in "Hotel Burlington" in Dover in May of 1910. The hotel was destroyed during the Second World War and subsequently demolished. Albert Belleroche and his fiancee Julie Emilie Visseaux were on their way from Paris or Brussels to London, to be married to on June 10th. Dover must have been their port of arrival from Calais, or Oostend on their way to the wedding.
